wow, another year has flown by, huh?? and what a crazy year it has been for us - i only hope that your last year has been even half as eventful! it's incredible how much can happen in a year - from zero's to heroes in 12 short months... and we have an awful lot of YOU to thank for that - so, raised glasses all round, my friends, and here's hoping that 2004 is completely and utterly outrageous for us all!!!

borderline 3rd january - don't miss it!!

saturday 3rd january, we will be appearing at london's legendary borderline venue just off tottenham court road. it's an all day affair with doors opening at 1pm BUT, all you need to know is that we hit the stage at 8pm. should be a scream all round so try and get down there. grab a flyer from http://www.spitlikethis.com/borderlineflyer.gif and make sure you come up and say hi...

also this month, we have a confirmed date at the harp rock bar, croydon supporting 5th man down. entry is free for that so absolutely no fucking excuses to miss it. also means that we might actually get to play our full set for a change (grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr) ~////~ sat 24th jan 04 - the charles cryer, carshalton (tbc).

we get offered gigs all the time so keep an eye on the tour page to be updated as soon as we find anything out!!

we played a blinder of a gig last month upstairs at the garage, highbury, north london. my brother was in attendence and took some blinding photos so we decided to bung them up online. it's always hard with still photos to capture the visual impact we have but these get closer than most in doing that...

what the fuck is going on here, you may well ask?! well, i thought i would introduce you to some of the most recent ink that i've gotten at eternal tattoos - the words REAL and FAKE on my fingers. why?? simple - in this business you meet a lot of VERY fake people that are just filled with total bullshit. i mean, complete and utter lies. 90% of what anyone tells you is horseshit, and it pisses me off.

so, here's the deal. rather than get myself constantly wound up by all these morons, i can let them know exactly what i think of them at the flick of my wrist. and, over the forthcoming years, i look forward to having my photo taken with these people with my fingers on display to let the whole gaddam world know who they can and cannot trust.

rammstein dvd

eh?? yep, weird one this but it would seem that there is a dvd released called 'rammstein industrial angels' that has some spit like this music on it!! it's a dvd documentary about the german band and, i guess, they couldn't get / afford the license or something to use rammstein's music so they've bunged some of ours on there, among others.

produced by chrome dreams, you can get this dvd right now. also in the pipeline is a similar release about none other than iron maiden and, as i live and breathe, some of our stuff should be on that too!

yes it's true - one of the most respected magazines, organart, have fallen in love - with spit like this, no less! since just about all other music press has fallen under the corporate sword and sucks the corporate cock as a result, it is a true honour that the BIGGEST AND BEST underground mag has pricked up it's ears and taken notice.

AND, if you have faaaaaar too much time and waaaaay too much ink, you could even print off thousands of them and give them to friends, family, foe etc etc. yeah, i know, a long shot but some of you are mighty dedicated to the cause.. enjoy!

it's been a relatively quiet month in the spit like this universe this past month - that's what happens in the month before christmas, everyone gets really fucking lazy. well, everyone apart from us got we never rest - every day we're are in relentless pursuit of truth, justice and rock n roll abaddon!!

but, just 17 hours into 2004 and a couple of interesting emails have found their way into my inbox (oo-er) so keep an eye on our newspage for details on that and the tour page for details of more shows. 2004 promises to be a great year for us, we can only grow from strength to strength and are going to just keep pushing the ante. 365 days' time, we will be rightfully recognised as just about the most exciting band on this motherfucking dustball!!!! you come see us, we give you bang for your buck. no shoegazers here, people, just 5 rockers hell bent on having a great time...
