12th November 2006 GUiTARiST FOUND!!  We are ecstatic to announce that the vacancy for a guitar player has been filled.  Last weekend we auditioned someone who blew us away.  We've have been talking duriing the week and, just tonite, we had a second rehearsal with him.  We offered him the job on the spot.  Who is he?  Well, you will see.  He is an "unknown" but he's a special kind of player.  Different to what you might expect.  I cannot wait for you to hear him.  All will be revealed...

27th October 2006 Gig Announcement: We're playing at the ENGiNE ROOMS in BRiGHTON on SUN 17th DECEMBER 2006 with US band TATTOOED MiLLiONAiRES!  Full details TBC

27th October 2006 The working title of the new album is "A Disaster In The Making".  Why?  Simple - since we started work on it, the studio got flooded, we lost our guitar player then, a few daze back, Gilez got arrested and briefly imprisoned (wrongly!).  Total chaos! 

18th October 2006 Gig Cancellation: For quite obvious reasons, we have had to cancel our planned gig at O'NEiLLS on 31st October.  Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible!

17th October 2006 Gig Announcement: We have a gig booked at the PRESSURE POiNT in BRiGHTON on FRiDAY 15th DECEMBER.  Full details TBC.

10th October 2006 Gig Cancellation: Many apologies but, due to unforeseen circumstance, we have had to cancel our planned gig this Friday 13th in Cambridge.  We will be back soon!

9th October 2006 Stevie Lee leaves SPiT LiKE THiS  We are pretty gutted to announce the departure of long-time friend and guitar player, STEViE LEE.  Stevie joined SLT in 2003 and, in that time, dedicated his life to the band.  The decision for Stevie to leave was a tough one for him as he still loves us and the music.  But SLT was no longer what he wanted to do, simple as that!  We hope that you will join us in wishing Stevie every success in whatever he tries next.  We will miss sharing a stage with him as we had some great times together.

There is no bad blood between us, on either side.  He is sad, we are sad, we are all sad!  But life goes on and SPiT LiKE THiS goes on!  Obviously, over the next couple of months, there are going to be some changes to the site and sounds (as the new front page hints at) so it is a pretty exciting time for us.

2nd October 2006 Gig Announcement: A long way off, but we are playing at the RED LiON in GRAVESEND, KENT on SATURDAY 10th FEBRUARY 2007.  Dubbed the St Valentine's Day Mascara - it will have a Rocky Horror theme so, dress kinky (optional)!

29th September 2006 Uploaded some great images to the GALLERY of our gig last week at the HARLEQUiN THEATRE.  During our time off for writing, we also made improvements to the visual aspect of our show - I think this gallery shows that!  SPiT LiKE THiS is just going to become bigger, bolder and more outrageous as time moves on!

20th September 2006 Had a very positive meeting today concerning the recording of our debut studio album.  We'll be entering the studio on 30th Sept to lay down some priliminary demos and then start recording proper in October

16th September 2006 We have another MP3 download for you!  This was recorded on 6/6/6 but we had to wait for permission from the song's author before we could put it online.  We don't do covers but, sometimes, you just feel an urge you cannot ignore...  Those that have seen us live lately have been suprised by it and now, for your listening pleasure, is our take on The Rocky Horror Classic, "Sweet Transvestite" - BiG BiG thank you to it's creator, Richard O'Brien for his permission plus for the kind comments: "Fab spin on an old favourite"!  Check out the MP3 now!!

12th August 2006 I know things have been a bit quiet from us lately so I thought I'd fill you in with some of what we've been up to...  The main thing we are doing at the moment is writing and recording brand new material for our debut studio album!  We hope to start recording in September so will keep you all up-to-date on that front.  With titles like DEAD GiRL WALKiNG, THE HEART THiEF, NOTHiNG ABOUT YOU I LiKE and EVERY MOTHER'S NiGHTMARE, the new stuff is shaping up to be fucking awesome, even if I do say so myself!  Cannot wait for you all to hear it.  You can check out the lyrics to the new stuff here!

We are also on the short list for a couple of major tours.  Can't say who yet coz, if it doesn't happen, you'll get bummed out but, if it does...  fuck me, it'll be BiG!

4th july 2006 announcement: we have parted company with our manager, ALLAN JAMES as his label, BUT! RECORDS (the label we released SLEAZE SELLS & SCARY TALES thru) has expanded to the point where he can no longer dedicate 100% of his resources in our direction.  we will still be working closely with him in his capacity as label boss but will seek management elsewhere.

JACK DANiELS are threatening to sue us for our SMELL YOUR MUM / JACK DANiELS tribute t-shirt!  fucking losers!!  they seemed to think it would "damage" their brand.  yeah, like a bunch of drunks are gonna give a fuck.  but, you know the thing that pissed me off the most??  they called me MR ZiON!  the ignorant fuckwits.  so, in my tearse response, I end by saying "Oh, and by the way, I don't have a Lordship so the likes of you can call me Mr.  Learn some etiquette".  that should help things. can these people not see the bigger picture?  who is worse, a couple of people in the UK making some parody t-shirts or huge corporations who, in one case exploit workers in third world countries and, in another, provide an intoxicating blend that helps contribute to the death's of many thousands of people each year??  fucking hypocrites

13th june 2006 went to KERRANG'S 25th BiRTHDAY PARTY last nite held at SiN in LONDON.  was a pretty cool nite - free bar til midnight :)  recent EUROViSiON winners LORDi were there in all their glory and tons of other faces from the past, present and future of metal. we got our pixx taken on the RED CARPET so will try and get hold of them for the site.

11th june 2006 have updated the MOViES page to include a cool video clip that was filmed on a fan's digital camera of us performing live at THE TEK, ESSEX

8th june 2006 studio update: well, the 666 sessions (as they will forever be known due to the date they happened!) went really well.  we arrived at 811 STUDiOS at about 11am and a mere 15 hours later, we emerged, bleary eyed, having recorded a couple of KiLLER tracks!  we are going back next week to add a few more bits and pieces then to mix 'n' master.  the recording should be a single due out august-ish

26th april 2006 we have enjoyed more features in Italy's top rock mag FLASH MAGAZiNE!  ViKKi was in one issue discussing her favourite movies and ZiON (ie me!) was in another issue talking all things SLT related!  we're being sent over copies so, as soon as we do, we'll let you know the issue numbers so you can try and get hold of them.

16th april 2006 rock n roll is DEAD.  be scared, people, be very scared.  whilst you still have a voice, make it HEARD and make it LOUD.  what the fuck am i on about??  well, since being in this band, i have discovered something.  it is OK to be a loud, outrageous, over the top rock band BUT there are certain terms and conditions that apply.  in the past 12 months, we have been BANNED from playing venues because we are too LOUD.  we have been BANNED from playing venues because our FANS are too LOUD.  and, last night, i was BANNED from attending the aftershow party of an international touring rock band even though i was on the guest list - guess why - yep, you got it, for being too LOUD.  too loud.  AT A FUCKING ROCK CONCERT!!!  will no-one take a stand against this HORSE-SHiT?  i don't lknow about you but i want my rock LOUD and i want it crazy.  when i go out n about, i want to know i'm going to have a chaotic time otherwise i might at well stay in with a good book and a cup of horlicks.  but it seems that, in 2006, if there is a jumped-up prick that has even the tiniest bit of power over you, they will find any excuse to wield it.  it makes me sick to my fucking stomach.  for the record, i would just like to say this is NOTHiNG to do with the band in question - who were fucking cool!  everyone reading this, DO SOMETHiNG NOW if you want your rock n roll to be something other than controlled, sanitised bollocks.  you will be seeing a new t-shirt soon - SPiT LiKE THiS: TOO ROCK 'N' ROLL FOR ROCK 'N' ROLL.
